I made a mistake on my account and I called to talk to the bank manager about it and she was rude and hateful towards me. Talked to me like I was a criminal. My wife even overheard her and said there was no call for that. I was polite and never cursed one time because I knew I messed up. I just wanted to see were the mess up was. I ended up calling the main office and they were very polite and helped me find my mistake. I don’t fault them for a mistake I made but there attitude at the Cedartown office needs to change.
