The phone number for the Cedartown branch is not posted on the google search and the 800 number does not connect me to the branch. Very poor planning of telephone replacement.
I made a mistake on my account and I called to talk to the bank manager about it and she was rude and hateful towards me. Talked to me like I was a criminal. My wife even overheard her and said there was no call for that. I was polite and never cursed one time because I knew I messed up. I just wanted to see were the mess up was. I ended up calling the main office and they were very polite and helped me find my mistake. I don’t fault them for a mistake I made but there attitude at the Cedartown office needs to change.
