I received excellent service!! Julie was amazing! She had all the answers to my questions and she respected my fiance and I as we discussed our finances in order to make a decision. The new manager was very kind and went right along with our jokes! This was a great experience! Thank you Julie and the Badcock team!
Got a living room suit from Cedartown ga the sells person kept tell we had to get more stuff to get the 20% off stuff we did not wanting found a medal tree that hang on the wall so we took it the need more got 3 pillow all was delivered on time but did not get the tree was told backordered be two week ok then2 week later told same thing then was told not sure w when went down the first time to get the tree I noticed there was nothing saying about amount of purchase got rip off lot of add on I need not want this a new owners if this is the way they are doing business better fine a new own quick will never go back to this store
Wow!!! This store must need a real manager. No way I would go there after reading all these complaints.

Can't wait to close my account with these sorry people, they will tell you everything including lies to make a sell and when you call back because something has happened to your item you get told something completely different than the first time, I definitely will not refer anyone here nor come back ever again.
