Adult patrons are allowed to use their laptops WITHOUT earphones therefore playing videos etc out loud.
Many times I have wanted to go to the library to do some work but I don't. I just go to the park because it's the same kind of environment.
Nice collection of books
Although this is a LIBRARY the children are allowed to carry on conversations as if they are outside. There is no decorum of we are in the LIBRARY and there are rules that go with this environment. The librarians are nice but none effective. The "head" librarian just doesn't seem to care that people come to the LIBRARY for the reason it is a library.
