2) Not have to throw out all of my clothing from Bed Bug infestation of your room.

Meet my expectations?? You must be kidding. I expect to:

BEST WESTERN, the ONLY place that welcomed our 2 service dogs. The staff are very friendly and treated us like FAMILY. While waiting to close on our house, We were not going to stay more than 2 nights, but considering they are the only ones who DO NOT DISCRIMINATE, against pets, we stayed an entire week.

3) Have clean sheets without someone's old blood in them.

1) Stay in a CLEAN AND SANITARY ROOM

4) Have a door handle to be able to enter the room

Pretty simple, you failed. I was promised a call back about the matter from Corporate within 7 business days. No calls, no apologies. Your business should be shut down by the health officials.

First room had no door handle. The second had old blood and BED BUGS!!! This is all after walking w an angry customer who left his room after finding rat excrements.

Unsatisfactory stay. Shower didn't drain, front desk attendants were busy taking personal time outside instead of helping guests. Breakfast wasn't appealing and the drink machine was broken, so we skipped it. They appeared to have recently done updates to the rooms, but they certainly needed some more. We spoke to customer service after our stay any they apologized and gave us extra loyalty points.

The hotel is ok. People seem friendly and all that but my specific room had some issues. The AC unit is not working and cannot cool the room, the shower handle had fallen off ( I put it back togeather with my own tools that I had), and the bathtub is peeling something fierce. The room is clean enough and it gets the job done. There is some cosmetic issues as well. The front lobby looks like it suffered water damage as the floor boards are all buckled up. I give it 3/5 because it gets the job done it's not overly pricey. Plus I have been in way worse hotels.

I work with trees unlimited and we were brought in by georgia power to assist with snow storm damage to power lines and they supplied us rooms at best western. The staff is very helpful good service clean rooms.
