Every time something needs a signature, the postman leaves a notice rather than obtain a signature. There is a homebound individual at the delivery address I use, so he is always there with either his wife or a nurse. But the pistman is to lazy to actually get out of his truck and take the package to the door and request a signature. That means I then have to wait a few additional days and leave my responsibilities early to get the the office before it closes, simply because the postman is too lazy to do the job he gets paid to do.

Update a year later: if I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would... I've been on hold for 45 minutes looking for a missing package and have yet to even speak to anyone. Should have been delivered to my home yet Amazon says it's at the post office awaiting pick up.. it's a fish tank thermometer from Amazon... It doesn't require a signature and There's not even a notice in my mail box. This post office is very lax on their duties and I really don't think they have to answer to anyone as far as their mistakes go so there's is never improvement.. I have never had a good experience dealing with this place. If I hadn't been on hold this long Ida never felt the need to update this review... But this is just uncalled for... I doubt anyone at the post office is on the phone for 50 minutes dealing with postal buissness I'm sure it's a personal call on tax payers dime. No one should have to wait 50 minutes when calling a place of buissness. Hire some operators. The only reason I've remained on hold this long is so I can do the review at the end to tell them how crappy their over the phone customer service is.
I live in OKLAHOMA and this post office delivered a package that was supposed to come to me here where I live it was delivered somewhere there and I have been trying to call for the past and its busy....
After over a week( knowing where the package went) they refunded my
****UPDATE~ I finally got thru the same day I posted the original review and affirmative they delivered my package there in GEORGIA but the package was addressed there so I called the company like they said and they resent my package to my address so all in all they helped and they were calm and nice about it***
The staff at this PO are sweet as pie, patient and helpful. It's refreshing to go into a post office and see pleasant workers. Also the building is beautiful with vaulted ceilings, classy woodwork, and neatly detailed brass PO boxes.
This post office keeps delivering my packages to other mail boxes.
The mail lady delivers our mail to our neighbors and vice versa all the time.. it's getting old. #2 you can't even call the place to tell them without a busy signal bc apperently in the year 2016 they still only have 1 line.
